How are the nice tasty haulers in belts so stupid to not warp away when you decloak and are stuck waiting out your 10 second recal delay? I have tried doing this in the past but people are long gone by the time I can subsequently lock them.

Hmmm, if one opts for going dual scrambler route and rarely using bubble, why not just get an interceptor? Granted, a bit less damage but also more speed. Hmmm? The only vulnerability I can see with all these options is vulnerability to ctrl-q. S...

So I thought I would try a station figuring might be 'easiest'. Sure is stressful. I was sitting near the exit zone cloaked (such that if I decloaked and used bubble I would be about 13km from target so they stuck). No viable targets came out but...

Hmmm. I like the belt idea - but what miner in his right mind is gonna let me get within 15-20km of him to let me drop a bubble to prevent him warping off? I might be able to find the belt quick but even then, if I warp to say 20, he might be 80+k...
